Sliced turkey breast comes from turkeys raised naturally on our farms.
Turkeys are fed a healthy, natural diet based on grains grown directly on our land.
At Les Fermes Valens, our breeders are committed to animal welfare, which is why our turkeys are naturally raised without antibiotics.
Roasted turkey breast is prepared in our workshops. Our teams gently smoke the meat using a wood-based smoking process.
Guaranteed gluten-free, the meat is then sliced.
Slices of turkey breast are easy to make into sandwiches, rolls with toppings, or simply as an ingredient in your homemade pizza.
The turkey and crudités wrap will be your ally for family picnics and will charm your guests at an aperitif.
- Wash raw vegetables and dice tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Take 6 whole-wheat tortillas and spread the spreadable cheese over the entire surface (approx. 180g - feel free to vary the flavours to suit your tastes: plain, herbed, peppered, nutty, etc.).
- Then place a slice of turkey breast, lettuce (either a whole leaf or cut into small pieces for ease) and a few diced tomatoes and cucumber.
- Close the wrap as follows:
- Fold both sides towards the center of the wrap
- Take the bottom part of the wrap and roll it up to the top. The result is a wrap rolled like an egg roll, with both ends closed.
- Cut diagonally in half, then prick with a toothpick to hold it in place.
