Located 30 minutes from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield and 40 minutes from Châteauguay, Les Fermes Valens is growing rapidly and is looking for a candidate who wants to join a dynamic team that takes pride in what it does!

Main duties and responsibilities:

Print orders from the Shopify application and determine the delivery route;
Confirm completed orders and check that the prices entered correspond to the initial order;
Confirm delivery date and final amount to customers;
Process order payments;
Respond to customer questions or requests;
Ensure customer satisfaction;
Replace when necessary at the Les Fermes Valens boutique;
Any other related tasks.

Requirements & skills:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and French.
Courtesy, patience, team spirit and professionalism towards customers.
Resourceful, organized and detail-oriented.
Creative

Versatile

Schedule :

5 days/week (40 hours).

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Working closely with the Production Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows;

Responsibilities:

Perform various tasks related to the different positions in the production department.
Meet production and order-picking deadlines
Cleaning the production line
Applies health and safety rules in the workplace
All other related tasks
