Our oxen are bred hormone- and antibiotic-free and follow their natural growth curve. All our animals come from local farms. Each of our producers is committed to respecting the ethical rules of animal welfare, i.e. giving them free access to pasture, watering them properly, sheltering them properly, caring for them and protecting them.
All our cuts of meat are delivered frozen.
