Italian soup with Gen

Preparation time: 40 minutes



  1. Fry the onion
  2. Add the garlic and all the other vegetables and spices and fry for a few minutes
  3. Add the minced meat and cook for about 15 minutes
  4. Add the stock, sauce and paste, tomatoes and bring to the boil
  5. Reduce and simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Add the pasta and spinach and simmer for 10 minutes (add parsley if you feel like it!)
