Italian soup with Gen

Preparation time: 40 minutes



  1. Sauté onion
  2. Add the garlic and all the other vegetables and spices and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the minced meat and cook for about 15 min.
  4. Add broth, sauce and paste, tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce and simmer for 15 min
  6. Add the pasta and spinach and simmer for 10 minutes (add parsley if you feel like it!).
