Cooking beef French steak
Our French Beef Steak can be cooked in a variety of ways to suit your preferences. If you like your steak well done, you can cook it in the oven at 200°C for around 20 minutes. For faster cooking, you can cook it on the barbecue, preheated over medium-high heat, for around 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. You can also use a slow cooker to cook the steak slowly for around 6 hours on low heat. For perfectly cooked steak, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For rare meat, the temperature should reach around 63°C.

Here's a simple and delicious recipe to prepare your French beef steak
Ingredients:
- 1 natural French beef steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Instructions :
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and minced garlic.
- Place the natural French steak in an ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over it.
- Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the steak for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
