High-quality meat

Only the piece didn't make a nice slice but was rather frayed. Hopefully the next one will be better

The quality of the meat was there but the cut was not at all like a traditional roti. It was a large block of meat not tied up which was not ideal for cutting and presenting the meal, but again this did not take away from the quality but I would not repurchase this item.
