Cooking instructions: Rinse for 30 seconds with clean water, then cook 1 cup of Quebec Quinoa seeds in 2 cups of water or stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes (cover and let stand for 2 to 5 minutes).
