Organic porcine gelatin.
Soak the 6 leaves in cold water for 5 minutes, remove gelatin and squeeze lightly.
For hot dishes: Dissolve pressed gelatin in 2 cups (500 mL) of hot mixture.
For cold dishes: Dissolve pressed gelatin in 0.25 cup (60 mL) hot water, then gradually add 1.75 cups (440 mL) cold liquid.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Never boil gelatin.
