Cut from the widest end of the beef loin, T-bone steak is made up of meat from the T-Bone on one side of the bone and meat from the tenderloin on the other. This tender and delicious piece of meat is also known as "T-Bone".

To guarantee the quality of this organic farming method, our farms are regularly inspected by the Pro-Cert organization, which certifies organic producers throughout North America.

In organic farming, the animals are reared for longer periods to allow them to grow, resulting in meat with a fibrous texture and slightly firmer texture.

They are the smallest T bones . Good tasting but too small.
