WHAT IS A FRESH MAYONNAISE?
A fresh mayonnaise is a "homemade" style mayonnaise filled with fresh and natural ingredients. There are no colorants, no preservatives and, most importantly, no EDTA in their recipes.
REAL MAYONNAISE
In most conventional mayonnaises found on regular supermarket shelves, preservatives such as EDTA are often used. EDTA is a chemical additive that is used to make a product more stable and allows it to be sold at room temperature.

Our fresh mayonnaises have a shelf life of one year thanks to the use of all natural ingredients! Lemon juice and organic cider vinegar allow for optimal preservation to guarantee the shelf life and freshness of our products. In addition, our deodorized first-pressed sunflower oil is the first ingredient. We do not use refined oils, sugar or spices.
