WHAT IS FRESH MAYONNAISE?
A fresh mayonnaise is a "homemade" mayonnaise filled with fresh, natural ingredients. Their recipes contain no colorants, no preservatives and, above all, no EDTA.
REAL MAYONNAISES
In most conventional mayonnaises found on regular supermarket shelves, preservatives such as EDTA are often used. EDTA is a chemical additive designed to stabilize a product and enable it to be sold at room temperature.

Our fresh mayonnaises have a shelf life of up to a year, thanks to all-natural ingredients! Lemon juice and organic cider vinegar ensure optimum preservation, guaranteeing the shelf life and freshness of our products. What's more, our deodorized first-pressed sunflower oil is the first ingredient. We therefore use no refined oils, sugar or spices.
