Glazed turkey drumsticks for 2
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- 2 pinches each of: mustard, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, paprika, garlic, and onion Organic
- 2 turkey drumsticks (250g each)
- 2 cl (3/4 cup) organic chicken broth
Mix honey, tamari, and organic spices in a bowl. Coat the raw drumsticks on all sides. Pour the broth and the rest of the spice mixture into a small ovenproof dish. Place the drumsticks on top of the broth.
Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes. Turn and baste the drumsticks at least 5 times during the hour of cooking.
