Gluten Free Apple Wowbutter Cake

Beat:

3 cups of gluten-free flour

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 cups of milk

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 cup WOWBUTTER

1/2 cup of melted butter

Middle layer:

6 small apples - peeled, trimmed and diced

Trim:

1 cup of softened butter

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients for the dough, then pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Add diced apples to the batter and add the filling.

Place in a preheated 350ºF oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Let the cake cool slightly. Serve and enjoy
