Composition of our chorizo sausages
Our chorizo sausages are 100% gluten-free and lactose-free, and contain no added nitrates or phosphates. We use only pork raised without antibiotics and fed on quality feed for healthy, tasty meat. Chorizo spice blend, sea salt, vinegar, celery culture extract and ground chili add a spicy, delicious flavor to our sausages. We're also transparent about allergens and mention that our sausages contain mustard.
Cooking chorizo sausages
Our chorizo sausages are slowly smoked and pre-cooked, which means they don't require long cooking times. You can easily prepare them in the oven, in a frying pan or on the barbecue. We recommend cooking for a few minutes to awaken their flavor and obtain a crispy texture.
