Bar to cook - Mediterranean sauce bar 30g

Now you can make your own tomato sauces, vegetable stir-fries or meat stews with the Mediterranean bar. The creaminess of tomatoes combined with the freshness of Provençal herbs will make all the difference in your recipes.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, tomato, organic basil, organic onion, organic thyme, salt, organic garlic, soy lecithin.

Instructions for use:

1. Brown your vegetables or protein.
2. Melt one or more squares and stir for 30 sec.
3. Add water and simmer until desired doneness.  

Dosage:
1 square for one portion (there are 3 squares in a bar).

How much liquid:
½ cup per square.
