This review is for Pork Loin and Leg roast. I found quite a lot of sinew in the loin roast we have only eaten one so far, as for the other one I will probably cut the best parts to make kebabs once we defrost it.
As for the leg roast the photo of the joint on your website looks like it has some skin of the pork which we like as it becomes ‘Crackling’ as we call it in England it’s no big deal as it’s probably not the most healthy part of the roast I look forward to eating this weekend.
