Cut from the widest end of the beef loin, T-bone steak is made up of meat from the sirloin on one side of the bone and meat from the tenderloin on the other. This tender and delicious piece of meat is also known as "T-Bone".

The farmers' crop rotation and the non-use of pesticides allow the production of organic grain and hay for the winter months when the herds cannot access pasture. In addition to the feed provided to the cattle, Valens Farms ensures that their herds are provided with a comfortable and secure living space for the natural development of the animal. The use of antibiotics and growth promoters is prohibited in organic farming, so the farmers follow a rigorous method of monitoring the welfare of their herds.

To guarantee the quality of this organic farming method, our farms are regularly inspected by the Pro-Cert organisation, which certifies organic producers throughout North America.

In organic farming, the rearing periods of the animals are lengthened to allow for the growth of the livestock, resulting in meat with fibrous textures and slightly firmer.

The sirloin steak is the ideal ally for sunny days, this piece of meat is easily grilled on the barbecue or under the oven grill. We recommend eating this meat rare to medium rare.

They are the smallest T bones . Good tasting but too small.
