What is tourteau?
Emile Noël takes his know-how as a miller to the extreme by using oil cakes, a by-product of pressing dried fruit into oil. Cake is the solid part that remains once the oil has been extracted. This almond meal, reduced to flour and incorporated into our Bonnes Pattes, is rich in protein. It is beneficial for those seeking to increase their protein intake in their diet.

The doypack format has been chosen to facilitate the mixing of our Bonnes Pattes in the event of decantation. Squeeze the pouch closed several times, and the mixture becomes homogeneous again.
