Organic barley flakes are ideal for making your favorite granolas, oatmeals, breads, cookies and muffins. They're a great alternative to regular oat flakes. A little crunchier and thicker under the tooth, their taste is a little different, but just as delectable.
Applications
Simmer 2 parts water to 1 part flakes over low heat for 8 to 10 min.
