Throughout their lives, the cattle consume only grass that is guaranteed herbicide- and pesticide-free. The pastures where the herds roam benefit from varied biodiversity and provide a more nourishing hay crop for the winter months.

To preserve the meat's nutritional qualities, we recommend cooking rib steak healthily on the grill or in the oven, without adding too much fat. We suggest cooking between rare and medium-rare. Cooking times vary according to steak thickness and desired doneness.

 If you wish to eat it in a pan, cook the steak over medium-high heat and turn it at least twice with tongs. If the meat is pricked with a fork during cooking, it will lose its juices, impairing its tenderness. For a 2 cm thick piece, cooking time varies between 8 and 12 minutes, depending on the type of cooking desired.
