Dare to tartare-maison ! It's so easy to make with such high-quality organic beef as that from Valens Farms! Using a sharp knife, cut the beef into thin slices, then mince the meat to the desired texture. Divide the minced fillet between the plates, creating a depression in the center. Drizzle witholive oil, then top each tartare with a raw egg yolk. Surround with a pinch of coarse Newfoundland sea salt, freshly ground rainbow pepper, mayonnaise, organic tamari, chopped gherkins and chives, capers, hot mustard, horseradish, hot sauce... Every bite of tasty beef is different, and conversation is guaranteed! Traditionally served with fries or baguette, and a salad.
