It's made with farm-raised pork, bacon, brown sugar, sea salt, vinegar, celery culture extract, pepper and a hint of maple syrup. Our sausages are guaranteed gluten-free, lactose-free and contain no added nitrates or phosphates.
Cooking maple bacon sausages
Our slow-smoked sausages are pre-cooked and easy to reheat. You can bake them at 375°F for about 10 minutes, or grill them on the barbecue for 6 to 8 minutes, turning regularly. If you prefer to pan-fry them, you can brown them over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Whichever cooking method you choose, you'll end up with a deliciously fragrant sausage.
Bacon and maple syrup sausage side dish idea
Try our recipe for roasted sweet potatoes to accompany your maple syrup bacon sausage. Cut 2 sweet potatoes into chunks, add olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
