Our 100% grass-fed certified organic beef cattle are fed organic grass for their entire lives. This feed is free of herbicides and pesticides. In the summer, the cattlehave free access to pasture and in the winter, our farmers feed them organic hay that they have grown during the summer. Organic certification does not only cover feed, but also animal welfare. Water, pasture and hay, space and hygiene of the barn, quality of care, general living conditions, transport and even slaughter must meet the high standards of the certificate.
