Ingredients: Cream, salt



Hollandaise sauce

For 2 servings

1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ cup melted and warmed butter

Blend the ingredients in a blender and serve with your favourite fish.


Hussar's kisses

For about 25 cookies

175 g flour
175 g butter, softened
125 g caster sugar
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1 large egg, white, lightly beaten
60 g chopped almonds
175 g fruit jam or jelly

Mix the flour, sugar, zest and yolk of the egg. Make about 25 dumplings, dip each one in the egg white and roll in the almonds. Place on a buttered baking sheet. With the tip of a wooden spoon, make a hollow in each dumpling, then put in a preheated oven at 190°Cor 375°Funtilgolden. Garnish the hollows with jam or jelly.
