Tomato pasta salad
500g of Felicetti organic fusilli
700 ml of BioItalia organic tomato coulis
2 tablespoonsBioItalia organic olive oil
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
A nice bunch of fresh basil
Les Fermes Valens cold cuts or sausages, in pieces
- Cook the pasta, drain and drizzle with olive oil and honey while hot.
- Add the seasonings. Mix and let cool in the fridge.
- Chop the basil and add to the cold pasta with the tomato coulis. Garnish with cold cuts or sausages and serve.
