Our 100% certified organic grass-fed steers are fed a lifetime supply of organic grass. This feed is therefore free of herbicides and pesticides. In the summer, the steers have free access to pasture and in the winter, our farmers give them Organic hay that they have grown during the summer. Organic certification covers not only feed, but also animal welfare. Water, pasture and hay, space and hygiene in the barn, quality of care, general living conditions, transport and even slaughter must meet the high requirements of the certificate.
